- Why doesn't Riverside have a showroom?
- A retail showroom is expensive to build and staff, and it only ever displays a fraction of what's available. We put the full catalog online instead and bring the samples that matter to your home. That's lower overhead for us and more selection and convenience for you.
- Does an in-home visit cost anything?
- Contact us and we'll confirm what's included in your consultation and measurement visit before we schedule it.
- Will you bring the exact samples I saved?
- Yes — that's the point of the selections board. We review it before the visit and bring the relevant doors, finish chips, and hardware.
- Why aren't prices on the website?
- A cabinet price only becomes real once selections, measurements, panels, fillers, trim, freight, and installation are known. Publishing a number before that would be misleading.
- Do I have to buy after the visit?
- No. The visit produces a design and a quote. What you do with it is up to you.
- Who installs the cabinets?
- Riverside handles installation. We receive and inspect the shipment, install, and align everything before we consider the job finished.
